Position Description

Our office has a position available for an experienced Business Development Manager who has excellent relationship skills and can demonstrate an outstanding track record in sales. Preferably, from HORECA background with excellent communication skills, excellent ‘hunting’ skills and a solid network of potential clients in Vietnam.

 

Responsibilities

To help deliver our strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Hunting, discovering and developing for new and strategic opportunities;
  • Grow the company’s revenue and market share by increasing penetration in the HORCA project;
  • Conduct in-depth market and customer research, as well as leveraging internal sales resources to identify new business opportunities;
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities where activity levels and ensure CRM compliance;
  • Undertake proactive networking opportunities with all relevant external groups to expand HORECA opportunities;
  • In consultation with the Sales Manager, develop and implement a sales plan to support achievement of personal KPIs / targets; Managing new and existing client accounts;
  • Learning, understanding and embracing Perfetto’s HORECA portfolio and solutions strengths;
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, appearance and professionalism;
  • Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners;
  • Maintaining a harmonious working environment;
  • Minimising business risk;
  • Travelling regional Vietnam when required.
