    The hot water faucet is not attached to the machine or is not in place. Please take out the hot water faucet and reattach it to the correct position.

    The bottle is not attached to the machine or is not in the correct position. Please take out the bottle and put it back in place

  • 3. The machine says “TURN DIAL TO CLEAN”?

    After making a cappuccino, you must clean the milk bottle by turning the foam control knob at the milk bottle to the "CLEAN" position to automatically clean the machine.

  • 4. Why make milk automatically without milk foam or very little foam?

    Adjust the foam knob to the foam increase indicator position and try again. Clean the milk bottle by: taking out the milk bottle, turning the knob to the INSERT position and removing the adjustment knob and cleaning and cleaning the silicone tube inside the milk bottle, returning to the outlet of the bottle. Check the connections between the machine and the bottle.
