Banana smoothie recipe for dieting
A delicious smoothie for one person, perfect for a healthy breakfast or light meal. We've used strawberries, but you can substitute with raspberries or blueberries, or mix all three.

Ingredients:
Serving size: 1
For: 1 person
- 100g Greek yogurt, sugar-free
- 10g spinach (or kale)
- ½ banana, peeled and chopped
- 200g strawberries, hulled and halved
- 50g almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon oats
Instructions:
- Attach the Personal Blender attachment.
- Add Greek yogurt, spinach, banana, strawberries, almond milk, almond butter, and oats to the Personal Blender.
- Blend on high speed for 15 seconds until smooth.
- Detach the attachment from the blender.
- Serve.
Substitutions:
- Greek yogurt can be replaced with regular yogurt.
- Strawberries can be substituted with raspberries.
- Almond milk can be replaced with water or regular milk.
