Rosemary Flatbread
The rosemary bread recipe is a unique combination of the strong aroma of rosemary combined with the sweet flavor of purple onions, creating a delicious and attractive bread dish.

Ingredient
Phase 1 ingredients
- 500g flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1.5 teaspoons yeast
Phase 2 ingredients
- 250 grams of water
- 1 tablespoon warm olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine
Phase 3 ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 - 3 dried onions
Phase 4 ingredients
- 4 rosemary sprigs
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
Phase 5 ingredients
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Detailed instructions
Preparation (Before starting)
- Peel and trim the onion and cut into pieces.
- Remove rosemary stems.
Begin
- Insert the spiral dough kneader into the machine.
- Sprinkle flour into a large baking tray.
State 1
- Add Ingredients 1 (flour, salt, sugar, yeast) to mixing bowl.
- Attach the mixing bowl to the machine and install the splash guard.
- Mix at Minimum speed for about 1 minute.
Phase 2
- Add Ingredients 2 (water, oil, wine) to the jar.
- Start the machine at Minimum speed.
- Slowly pour the ingredients from the jar into the mixing bowl.
- Mix for 5 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Cover with a damp tea towel.
Stage 3
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Add Ingredients 3 (oil, onion) to medium bowl.
- Mix until the onions are evenly coated.
- Transfer onions to a medium baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Stage 4
- Attach the mixing bowl to the machine and install the splash guard.
- Mix at Min speed for about 1 minute to beat the dough again.
- Roll the dough out to fit a large baking tray.
- Place the dough on the tray and prick it all over with a fork.
- Sprinkle mixture in medium bowl over dough.
- Sprinkle Ingredients 4 (rosemary, salt, oil) over dough.
Stage 5
- Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
- Drizzle Ingredients 5 (vinegar) over bread.
- Enjoy.
